Does an average job
App promises more than it really does.
Only files with the same name are being detected as duplicate. Had several duplicate files with a number in the name, caused by being copied as duplicate in same folder.
example: book.doc, book-1.doc, book-2.doc etc.
Files are exactly the same, only name differs. Files are not being detected as duplicates by the app.
Not worth the money.
Just selecting duplicates based on a folder is worth the price!
Easy to use, but at the same time very powerful duplicate remover. I especially like the option to remove all duplicates that appear "under" a particular folder. This way, it's easy to delete all those duplicate files I have in a "projectA-old", "projectA-older", "project-almostFinal" and "projectA-final" folder. Replacing duplicates with hard links is another great feature. I love this program.
